The Traveller Review Awards by Booking.com is an annual recognition of partners for their exceptional work in improving the quality of service in tourism. The criterion for the award is the average rating of customer satisfaction with the services of a given tourist point, which are created on the basis of a survey filled out in the Booking.com app. Traveller Review Awards 2021 is the ninth edition of the ranking, and among the awarded, PANEK Rent a Car offices located in airports across the country were highly rated.

To be a winner of the Traveller Review Awards 2021, you must have had an average rating of between 8 and 10 on 1 December 2020, as well as at least three reviews left by Booking.com travellers. The final score is based on an average drawn from all guest reviews published on Booking.com and in the app between 1 August 2018 and 30 November 2020.

In the latest edition of Traveller Review Awards, the following PANEK Rent a Car offices available at Polish international airports received the highest marks:

· Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice: Score 9.5

· Mazovia Airport Warsaw – Modlin: rating 9.4

· Bydgoszcz Airport: rating 9.3

The high ratings in Booking.com’s rankings are all the more pleasing given that 2020 has shaken tourism and the airline industry badly. Due to the limited number

of flights, airports were not working at full capacity and distance procedures did not allow the usual openness to customers. “We are all the more pleased that Booking.com customers have recognised our efforts and professionalism by choosing cars at PANEK Rent a Car.
