===Is it allowed to return the car in a city other than the one where it was rented?

Yes, it is possible to return to almost 80 locations.
Changing the place of return during the rental will result with an additional cost of 300 PLN.

===Do you deliver cars to airports?

We have branches in 17 Polish airports. There is no need for a delivery, the customer will always receive the car in the most convenient and fastest way – straight from the car park.

===What are the working hours of the car rental company Panek S.A.?

Our company’s offices work normally from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. However, regardless of the standard working hours, we also provide our services outside office hours – 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. ===What if, due to traffic jams or other difficulties or random events, I am late and return the car after the agreed return date?

We predicted such a situation and in order to meet the expectations of our customers we set a tolerance period for random events of 59 minutes. Only after this time we charge an additional rental day.

===Can cars of Panek S.A. be driven abroad?

Yes, in accordance with the fee contained in the Terms and Conditions. You can travel with our cars to: Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Denmark, Lithuania and Latvia as well

===Can I rent a car if I have a foregin driving license (other than Polish driving licence)?

An international driving licence is required for citizens of the USA and Canada. For most countries of the European Union a driving licence of a given country is sufficient.

===What about the car cleaning?

Our company does not charge the cleaning fee in the rental price, so the hirer is obliged to return the car in a condition not worse than during the handover of the car. If the car is marked as dirty, a fee will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions.
